2017 Summer Session dates are Monday, May 22-Friday, August 11.
Summer academic housing is available in weekly increments from Sunday, May 21-Saturday, August 12.
Who can apply: To be eligible for summer academic housing, you must be enrolled in at least one UVM summer academic class. If you drop the class, you will be required to move out within 24 hours. It is possible to sign up to stay through between sessions, but there cannot be more than a one-week gap between the end of one session and the beginning of the next.
When to apply: Beginning in mid-February, you can apply for summer housing via the summer housing request in myResLife. If you are new to UVM, you’ll need to activate your NetID before you can request housing. Once we verify your enrollment status we’ll send you a link to our summer housing contract. We also offer “bridge” housing to students who live on campus during the spring semester and enroll in the first summer session, and to those who enroll in the last summer session and will be living on campus in the fall. Weekly charges apply for bridge housing.
